The Practice

Master planning and campus planning
Academic action planning based on students population head counts, department wise, f.t.e, contact hours, central time tabling.etc
Planning and designing of universities and education al institutions, university of technology, college of engineering, fisheries university, agricultural universities ,institution of oceanography, veterinary colleges, animal sciences, hospitals, agricultural engineering, etc.
Specialized in various laboratory planning considering various services, designing of laboratory tables, fume cupboards, exhausts and fume extraction systems. etc.
User requirement surveys, preparation of physical spaces programme, brief on analyzing educational programme.
Architectural, structural, electrical, air conditioning and other services.
Preparation of estimates of civil, electrical and other works based on DSR of PWD, CPWD and other state govts.
Preparation of conditions of contract, tender documents for civil, electrical and other works.
Tendering, preparation of tender report, periodical supervision.
Implementation, control and co-ordination.
Planning of projects on UGC, RUSA norms, etc.
PMC for selected project s as for Podar education institute, some projects of film city, sports club and gymnasium.
